i have a female and male zebra finch the males a year old the females 10 months old.
no matter what i do they nock out the eggs.
any idea what to do?
If they are not sitting on them, and they got cold, they are not going to hatch. Also they might be unfertilized eggs. Either way they will not hatch. They will start to stink after a while. Sorry female may be too young to mate yet.first, they aren't fertile. You need the right kind of Nest to get them to lay fertile eggs. Also, wait another month or two, cuz the female seems a bit young.i had the same problem after i was given some expert advise, the problem is that the birds arn't getting a good diet therefore the eggs are infertile etc.you can search google and find menus however mine like boiled eggs cut in half.
