What are some good pianists, other than Chopin?
Best composers (speaking strictly in terms of how "pianistic" they wrote) would probably be Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Liszt, Debussy.
As for pianists, personally I love Richter, Horowitz, Argerich, Lipatti, Barenboim, Brendel, Perahia, Lupu, Ashkenazy, Kapell, Pletnev, Gilels, Gavrilov, Volodos Cziffra, Anda Geza, Kissin... and I'm sure I'm missing quite a few... have a look here:

for me personally Chopin music is fantastic but not easy to play. Rachmaninoff also ..
