thanx =) Human Resources is (in the United States anyway) often another politically correct term for the traditional Personnel office. You should be able to get a standard Business Degree with specialization in Personnel Management. Since it involves people, who are complex topics, it can get complicated, but they normally don't require many "hard" courses to get the degree. You would learn most of the really useful skills, on-the-job. Things like "boring" and "difficult" are very subjective and really depend on YOU. Some people might find the topics interesting and others might be bored to tears. It's a JOB, for goodness sakes.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
