how old do you have to be to have a meeting with a recruiter, i know you have to be 17 and have parents consent to actually enlist but you dont have to be a specific age just to talk to them right???Not true they may not talk to you if you are 16. Because you cannot consent without your parentsNo age limit as far as I know. many will not even give you more than a few freebies if you are not at least 16 and a Junior in High school. The recruiters will talk to you if you just walk into their office and ask questions. They can not legally have an appointment with you until you finish your junior year in high school because at that time you can join the delayed entry program legally. You can be in the DEP up to 364 daysJust talking to them? no age requirement. But to enlist, just like you stated, Min. 17 w/ consent & Max. 34 for Active Duty Enlisted Personnel, 39 for the Reserves.no specific age to just talk...talk away.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
