Praktica BMS

  • Hi there everyone, i am wanting to know about a prinz converter....like it turns a 50mm lens into a 150mm etc...basically its off an M42 and i heard that it will fit onto my praktica BMS i just want to get this verified before i go ahead and buy it....many thanks!


  • The BMS uses Praktica's bayonet system so an M42 thread won't fit it.


    Is the converter an M42 Praktica thread or an M42 T-mount thread? These are very similar with the diameter being the same but having different thread pitches that won't fit each other!

    Either way it is possible to buy converters to the bayonet for both types.
