[not a bug] Formatting Of Compose Page
At present it appears in the narrow column to the left. Since the quote is long "Valid file extensions: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg Maximum size: 102400 bytes" it causes it to span four lines worth. If it were under the text box, it would have the width of the page to spread across.
Might seem trivial but after composing the new message we now have to scroll down an entire screen worth of HTML page to get to the submit button. This would eliminate at least four lines worth.

One other thing i would change, is the poll checkmark box "Yes! post a poll" ... I would move that to the left column next to "Post a poll:"
Overall, this would make the post new topic page about three lines shorter, to make it even shorter, just change the text box size of the message. Most messages dont use up the whole text box, and if they do, they scroll down anyhow...
(note, i just relized in post reply, the attach file: table, is infact 4 lines in 800x600, looks like the table widths are different for new and reply)
