Does anybody know where i can hire a wedding reception venue for 50 guests sit-down buffet, in the North West London area like Willesden, Harlesden, Wembley,Kingsbury, ect......
I will be catering myself so it's just the space,tables and chairs i need.
I have a low budget for the reception so I don't want to pay more than 拢200 for the venue hire for the whole evening.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

its your big day you should pull the stops out if you love him/her and are not planning on doing it again. but ? i wouldn't get married anyway cause its ruined a relationship for friends of mine and my uncle xMy fiance was raised in London and he can't think of anywhere that you would find a venue for that price.Nowhere for that price and many venues want to provide at least the booze, it's how they make their money. It's more difficult to find a 'self-catering' venue now as many church and community halls won't allow wedding parties or receptions on the premises. Too many drink related problems and damage. I had terrible problems trying to find somewhere for a family celebration a couple of years back. Ended up having it at my Mum's house.I live in merseyside but there should be quite a few places,i have hired a room in a very old barn,its a listed building converted into a pub.really lovely and paying 100 for the evening.theres also alot of places around but you have to let them cater.just look up pubs and community centres with a room to hireMaybe Conway Hall (www.conwayhall.org.uk/hire.htm) but self-catering facilities are an extra charge.
