What Massachusetts or Connecticut cities can issue a used car dealer's license
without requiring resale property to be owned ? I heard that this is
possible and I would like to know where. Can you also list the
requirements that this city has on a used car dealer's license.I thought these links might be useful to you:

It would help a lot if you specified particular cities, since there
are thousands of cities in these states and each is going to have its
own regulations.
Good Luck!I will apply in any city. I live in East Longmeadow and they require
that I own actual land to open a dealership, but I don't have that. I
want a license without owning land. This is something that I plan on
running out of my house/ eBay. Once I get a license I will be able to
go to car auctions and thats what I am primarily interested in.
