Bug in newreply

  • I was replying to Me2Be's thread over in vB 2 Suggestions about how she upgraded her board. While typing my reply, I got disconnected from the net (not sure if this has any relevancy but it might do :D) - but I redialled immediately.

    After clicking Submit on the form, I got a couple of errors:

    1)

    Warning: File Upload Error - No Mime boundary found after start of file header in Unknown on line 0

    Appeared at the top of the page above the logo etc

    2)

    No thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

    This was down in the white area below the header.

    I think this might have soemthing to do with sessions?


  • When you dialed up again, your IP address was most likely different which caused your session not to match. This is probably the source of the error..

    I am sure they will look at it. :)


  • I noticed you eventually were able to reply. Were you still using sessions or did you change it to cookies?

  • I waited a while and resubmitted and it worked fine.
    Should have mentioned that in the other post...:)
