I need help with paintball?

Im 13 years old almost 14. I have been playing paintball for about 2 months. I want to start do tourney play. I'm about 6 foot and 240ish pounds. But I can run and slide really good. And I have been losing wieght. I live in the san diego area.

practice with wrenches....if you can dodge a wrench u can dodge a paintball

i say just keep on getting fit and always be on the move
